Being a baby boomer myself, I can relate to many of the issues facing baby boomers today. If I had to pick just one issue to focus on, it would definitely be my health. We are a generation that has worked hard, raised a family, been through good times and bad and had more than our share of stress. Add to all of this our poor eating habits and here we are trying to improve our health and maintain and active lifestyle as we age.

Oh yes, we couldn’t leave out the anti-aging aspect of growing older. I am probably one of the most avid believers in staying young and vibrant. Even though I am now 61, I still refuse to consider myself “old” and I am told on a regular basis I surely don’t act my age. We baby boomers are committed to feeling and looking younger and most of us are willing to invest some money in order to accomplish this goal. One of the keys to anti-aging is to find a product that works at the cellular level and has the clinical research to back it up and of course is affordable. The right product along with a healthy diet and consistent exercise is going to keep us looking and feeling younger and being healthier overall.

Let’s face it, we all know that supplements are a must in today’s world. The foods we eat are full of preservatives, the soil they are grown in has been depleted of nutrients and we really don’t want to know the full story of pesticides and herbicides used in the growing process. So, we better be on a good nutrition program to replace the vitamins and minerals we need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Being self-employed all of my life and now looking the “golden years” in the face I am certainly not where I would like to be financially. If you are there also, then you know what I mean when I say “I didn’t think I would be here at this age.” If you are like me, it is not from lack of hard work that got us here. My story would take a good size book to record, so I will not go into it here. The message I want to share with you is no matter what your situation, you can’t give up! We are a hardy generation who doesn’t know the word “quit” and I plan on fighting it our to the end. It is my desire to encourage others to keep the faith and connect with like-minded people who will help each other and work together to live a life of victory.
